Actually, the concept of a game like this has been first made by Bulkypix in The Sandbox. However basically both of them really different.
You will act as God with a world on your own, at first your world will empty, it just land and water contents separately. Your task is to make the shape of the world to make it look more alive. A series of tools have been provided that allow you to create a lake, mountain, ocean even a variety of wildlife species. Like i say before i little bit confuse with this game, why? because it's not like a game, there is no purpose on this game, you can destroy and create as you like but no mission, it just like 'done make a world with animals, looking at them, satisfied and the finished' it's make me a little bit sad okay, don't worry about this complain let me explain some tools on Topia World Builder.
You will be given some basic tools on Topia World Builder, it's for leveling the ground, elevating and lowering the ground. The tool can be used to create a lake, sea, mountains and so on. Large and small size can also be specified like "Brush" in the Photoshop program. To create the land, you simply swipe or tap on the screen and hold on the place that you want to build. The longer you hold it the soil will be deeper or higher. That the results look more tidy, you can flatten the surface of the soil. There is six type of the animals that you can make on the game, so it does not stop at build the land only.
The animals also seems kind of rare ancient animals now like Tike, Wyko, Poip, but until Bird. Swipe once again to make your animals are scattered throughout the land. The unique character of the animal is fairly natural and follows the pattern of animals according to their characteristics. Like the tiger would be the predators of other animal. These animals can also grow multiplied so much. So you must build their habitats correctly.
On Topia World Builder even you can make lightning and storm to destroy or maybe can be say as edit some of your creation or killed your animal, maybe it is to complete natural disaster as we often experience on real life, some animal even people can die because storm, or lightning. For the graphics, Topia World Builder are more great and memorable. You can zooming at the animal so you can see it more detail, even the music are beautiful, it's Accompanied by ancient civilizations nuanced music that reminds me of dinosaurs movie.
It's all i can say about this game if you like this type of game maybe you can try this by pay $1.99. the profit is, the graphis is good, the music is good you can enjoy to build a land by your own even create natural disaster, create animal and be a God on your own world but there is no mission and that's made me quickly bored, although the developer are promise to fixed it better on the next update.
